Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc 2020 / 2021
Founders Koerner and Joan Rombauer began the Rombauer Vineyards in Napa Valley back in 1972. Today, third generation family members assist in winery ownership and management and continue for traditions rich in passion for the relationship between food and wine. The appreciation stemmed from Koerner’s great aunt Irma Rombauer having authored the internationally renowned cookbook, the Joy of Cooking. Sauvignon Blanc, the family’s newest project, bursts with lively citrus – pink grapefruit, lime, lemon – and layered with honeyed apricot notes. Enjoy as a cocktail wine or with a meal.
