Founders Koerner and Joan Rombauer began the Rombauer Vineyards in Napa Valley back in 1972. Today, third generation family members assist in winery ownership and management and continue for traditions rich in passion for the relationship between food and wine. The appreciation stemmed from Koerner’s great aunt Irma Rombauer having authored the internationally renowned cookbook, the Joy of Cooking. Carneros Chardonnay is the Rombauer family’s iconic production – famous for lush fruit forward styles and well-integrated oak regimen. In this wine you will find beautiful aromas of ripe yellow peach, meyer lemon and vanilla.
