Honig - Cabernet-Sauvignon (375) 2016
HONIG CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2016
Honig – the honey bee in German – represents the long-standing passion for sustainability from Michael Honig (current owner) and generations before him. They started as a small “garage” winery and have since expanded to run an inspiring and socially responsible business. They utilize bees, birds, solar panels and more in their commitment to environmentally sound practices. The Napa Valley Cabernet bottling boasts fruit from the family’s Rutherford vineyard, showing lovely red fruit such as pomegranate, cassis and cherry, and nuanced with layers of fennel, vanilla, plum and chocolate. Drink well through 2027, with meals and with friends.
