Spirit, Bordiga Occitan Gin

Rich with family history, the Bordiga gin is a remarkable product, classic and refined.  Original owner, Pietro Bordiga, owned a famous bar in the city of Turin.  His passion for and knowledge for botanicals moved him a direction to a distillery near the mountains where the wild plants grew.  Gin recipe was first created in 1889 and is still created in the same recipe today.  Simplicity is key here, orange and lemon peel, juniper, angelica, cardamom and one secret family ingredient….all sourced locally in the Occitan Alps.  This gin has a classic aromatic lift, pure and clear in taste and an intensity of flavor making it perfect for martinis and cocktails.
