PARTY SIZE! Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose is a cuvee world renowned – often used as a reference pointamongst rose champagnes. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, this special wine gives a light and very elegant flavor. Fine red berry notes on the nose carry through with a fresh finish and hint of raspberry. Ideal as an aperitif or with fresh salmon.

The House dates back to 1818 when Nicholas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon were married.  Seven generations of family management have since been cultivating high quality crus of Pinot noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay on their 100 hectare estate property.
