Elk Cove Vineyards was founded in 1974 by the Campbell family and proudly remains family owned. Properly named after the 40 Roosevelt elk who bedded down in the clearing by the family’s trailer during their first winter on the property, the family put down roots in the area and became inspired to hand-craft world renowned, Estate-grown cool climate wines under this label. Pinot Noir is made from 100% Estate grown fruit from all 6 of their vineyard sites, representing all three of the major Willamette Valley soil types. Classic in style, fresh fruit, well-integrated alcohol, and great concentration of flavor. Enjoy with fresh salmon or white meat dishes.
